1. Who is responsible
APILAB TECNOLOGIA LTDA, Brazilian company registration CNPJ 69.284.049/0001-10, is responsible for the processing described here. Address: Rua Joaquim Antunes, 470, sala 01 — Pinheiros, São Paulo–SP, CEP 05415-001 — Brasil. APILAB privacy enquiries for this site are handled at info@apilab.com.br. For Staks support, use info@staks.com.br. Include “Staks” in the subject.
2. Scope
This policy covers the Staks website and launch notification list. It is not a declaration of the practices of an already released app. App-specific privacy information will be provided through its channels and the App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform, before release.
3. What we collect and why
If you request a launch notice, we store your email, language, signup date and consent record. We use them only to administer the list and notify you when Staks becomes available. Signing up is optional and does not create an account, purchase or subscription. We rely on your consent for this purpose.
4. Measurement and security
We record clicks on the launch invitation and, when available, the store link, by day and language, to assess interest. The server converts the IP address into a cryptographic code that changes daily to avoid repeated counting; we do not store the original IP in those records. A separate temporary code limits form abuse. These codes are pseudonymous data, not a guarantee of absolute anonymity. Limited measurement and security rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may keep its own technical records, such as IP addresses and access times.
5. Storage and providers
Vercel hosts the website and processes the form. Signups and measurement records are stored in private Vercel Blob storage configured in São Paulo; they are not public files. Website delivery, support and provider infrastructure may involve international processing. APILAB support email is hosted by Zoho Mail. We do not sell personal data. Further disclosure occurs only as necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations or protect rights.
6. Retention and withdrawing consent
Signups are retained for up to 180 days from registration; daily cleanup may add up to one day. Click records are retained for 30 days and form abuse controls for one day, with daily cleanup. The launch notice does not authorise recurring marketing campaigns. You may withdraw consent or request deletion at any time through the contact below. Records needed to handle a request or meet a legal obligation may be kept for that purpose. Providers retain their own logs and backups according to applicable cycles.
7. Your rights and contact
You may request confirmation, access, correction, information about disclosure, objection and deletion where legally applicable, and withdraw consent. Email info@apilab.com.br with “Staks — Privacy” in the subject. Do not send passwords, private keys, confidential commands or server data. We may request proportionate identity verification. Requests are free of charge and handled within applicable legal deadlines. Mandatory rights under other applicable laws, including the GDPR where applicable, remain protected.
8. Updates
Material changes will be described here and we will request new consent when required. Publishing a new version does not authorise incompatible uses of information already collected.
