1. Company and purpose
The Staks website is provided by APILAB TECNOLOGIA LTDA · CNPJ 69.284.049/0001-10, at Rua Joaquim Antunes, 470, sala 01 — Pinheiros, São Paulo–SP, CEP 05415-001 — Brasil. It presents an SSH client with planned versions for iPhone (iOS) and Android and accepts launch notification requests. The Privacy Policy explains website data processing.
2. Availability and signup
The app is not yet publicly available to download. Joining the launch list does not guarantee a date, early access, free use or a purchase. Future availability depends on release, enabled countries and the requirements shown in the App Store or Google Play, depending on the platform.
3. Pricing and purchases
The proposed plan is US$4.99 per month or US$49.90 per year. The annual price equals ten monthly payments, saving US$9.98 compared with twelve monthly payments. This website does not charge you. Local currency, taxes, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation and other terms will be shown before any purchase in the store. Cancellations, refunds and mandatory rights follow applicable law and purchase rules.
4. Terminal use and responsibilities
Staks is intended to access machines you are authorised to use. You are responsible for checking the destination and commands, protecting credentials and maintaining appropriate backups. Remote commands may change or delete server data. Resuming a session requires it to remain available and the host to remain powered on and reachable. This website does not connect to your servers; demonstrations do not run real commands.
5. Brands and content
Staks and its materials belong to APILAB or their respective owners. Claude Code, Codex and Tailscale belong to their owners; mentioning them does not imply partnership or endorsement. Illustrative screens and the film demonstrate the concept and may differ from the released app. Do not use the site for unlawful activity, unauthorised access or service overload.
6. Support and applicable law

Maintenance and faults may affect availability. These terms do not exclude obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Brazilian law applies without overriding mandatory protections applicable to you or legally required jurisdiction. Material changes will be communicated; new commercial conditions do not retroactively change existing contracts.
